You will pay an initial booking fee, choose your menu and agree a minimum spend. If the mimimum spend is not reached by the end of the event you the host will pay the difference.
We will– provide all stock along with anything you require for your event. We charge your guests for their own drinks and also agree a minimum spend with yourselves.
