Our Team of Chefs know that a traditional Pizza dough is prepared – using the highest quality of the ingredients, flour and the best olive oil combined with yeast, water, salt and a touch off sugar. But the secret to make the magic happen is “Patience”! The real Italian Pizza Dough need to rest at least 6 to 8 hours to a temperature of 25-26 degrees. Ensuring to be crusty, fluffy with the right amount of texture and an unforgivable taste of Italy.
